Today's cookies... Glittering Lemon Sandwich Cookies
They did not turn out as sandwiches and they did not glitter. My filling was too liquidy. And I didn't have very many sprinkles... But they're still delicious =)
What I learned in this cooking experience - you cannot always use wax paper instead of parchment. The recipe said to line the pan with parchment paper and never knowing the difference (I thought it just depended on the brand whether it was wax or parchment) I used wax instead. The kitchen became very smokey very fast. So when you are baking something make sure you use parchment paper =)
